I was wondering what a student of Upper Austria, not a four year university student, could gain from a Federal Pell Grant? This is assuming that I answer to all the criteria to receive the maximum in the concessions. Thank you.

Pell Grant received last year, but school has kept the money that is what is done? I thought that concessions Pell had the students go?

I have a friend from Colombia. Here is working here in the United States as au pair. He wants to pursue her masters here in bacteriology. Can you get a grant or a scholarship that is that it does not come from the United States but wants to study here? If so, what is a good starting place for more information?
