How to get no credit student loans
Many people thinks that student loans are only for those who have a good credit standing and that people with no credit scores doesn’t have the slightest chance. Not only is that statement wrong, it will also bring disappointment for those people who are wanting to finish their study but do not have enough financial resource or a good credit history. The fact that education is for student means that most of those who need it actually don’t have a credit history either because they are too young to have a credit or they just don’t have the ability to pay. No credit student loans are available through federal loans namely the Stafford loan and the Perkins loan. These loans could be subsidized by the government or unsubsidized depending on the income of the person applying for it. These loans do not require credit scores. In order to qualify for the federal loans a student should first fill out a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). This application is valid only during a certain period so do watch out for the date of submission.
Federal Loans are designed for those who are really in financial need. If you come from a low income family then you will have a high chance of being approved. Stafford loans has a fairly small annual limits but this is enough already to get started. The Federal Perkins loans are for the really needy and have a fixed interest rate of 5%PRCTG%. There are more options for getting No credit student loans but the federal loans are the most popular. There are institutions that give scholarship grants. These will be a great help for those who will qualify.
